FEUDO® Group collects and processes your personal data for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the provision of our services:
Lead qualification
To evaluate whether your investment profile, budget, and goals align with the advisory services FEUDO® Group offers.
Property advisory
To conduct criteria-first analysis, market scanning, and delivery of filtered property options tailored to your documented requirements.
Communication
To respond to inquiries submitted through our website, schedule consultations, and maintain ongoing advisory correspondence.
Due diligence support
To coordinate legal, structural, and financial verification processes during active client engagements.
Service improvement
To analyze aggregated usage patterns and improve the quality of our advisory methodology and digital tools. This is a secondary purpose.
If you do not consent to secondary purposes, your data will still be processed for the primary purposes listed above. You may withdraw consent for secondary purposes at any time by contacting [email protected].

Personal Data Collected
FEUDO® Group collects only the personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice. The categories of data we collect are:
Full name
To identify you as a contact or client.
Phone number
To schedule consultations and conduct advisory calls.
Email address
For written correspondence and follow-up.
Investment profile
Your stated budget range, target property type, and investment objectives.
FEUDO® Group does not collect sensitive personal data as defined by Article 3 of the LFPDPPP. We do not process data related to racial or ethnic origin, health condition, religious beliefs, political opinions, biometric data, sexual preferences, or genetic data.

Data Transfers
FEUDO® Group does not sell or rent your personal data, and does not share it with third parties for those parties' own commercial or marketing purposes.
To operate this website and respond to you, FEUDO® Group relies on service providers that process personal data on its behalf and under its instructions, as data processors (encargados) in the terms of the LFPDPPP. Under Article 28 of the Regulations to the LFPDPPP, the use of a data processor is not considered a data transfer. These providers are:
Form delivery
The contact and lead forms on this website send the name, email address, and phone number you enter to Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which delivers that information to FEUDO® Group.
Scheduling
When you book a call, the appointment is handled through Calendly.
Payments
Paid consultations are processed through Stripe. FEUDO® Group does not store your full card number.
Each provider may process your data only to perform the service contracted by FEUDO® Group, and is bound by contract to keep it confidential and secure.
Separately from those processors, a transfer of your personal data may occur, without requiring your prior consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, in the following circumstances:
When required by a competent authority under applicable Mexican law or judicial order.
When necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between FEUDO® Group and you.
When necessary to protect your vital interests or those of third parties.
Outside of the circumstances described in this section, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your explicit prior consent.

ARCO Rights
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the right to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal data held by FEUDO® Group:
Access (Acceso)
Request confirmation of whether FEUDO® Group processes your personal data, and obtain a copy of that data along with information about the conditions of processing.
Rectification (Rectificación)
Request correction of your personal data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Cancellation (Cancelación)
Request deletion of your personal data from our records when you believe it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Opposition (Oposición)
Oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, including secondary purposes such as service improvement analytics.

By submitting any form on the FEUDO® Group website - including consultation request forms, lead qualification forms, or contact forms - you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice.
Your consent covers all primary purposes described in Section 02. For secondary purposes, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Continued use of the FEUDO® Group website after any update to this Privacy Notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of Cookies
The FEUDO® Group website does not set its own cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers on its pages. We do not use cookies to profile visitors or to measure browsing behavior.
Some pages embed content served by third parties, and that content may set its own cookies or use similar browser storage when it loads. This applies to:
Google Maps
On pages that show a property location map.
YouTube
For the live beach cameras, loaded through youtube-nocookie.com, which holds off on cookies until you start a video.
Windy
For the weather and current maps on the sargassum radar page.
Live camera providers
For feeds embedded from hotels and external camera services.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The anti-bot check on the contact form.
These cookies are set by the respective providers and are governed by their own policies. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking them may keep some embedded maps, videos, or the contact form check from loading correctly.
