I didn't grow up in
real estate. Which is exactly
why I saw it differently.
My background is building tech companies and scaling systems that don't need babysitting. Before FEUDO®, I built brands people bought to feel part of something, not just to own a product. I operated at a global level: exhibitions in Europe and the US, commercial agreements across seven countries, a clientele that chose on conviction, not on price.
When I set out to buy property in Mexico myself, what I found was a real estate sector stuck in the past. Flashy on the surface, fragile underneath. Agents presenting inventory before understanding the buyer. Developers selling renders instead of structures. Buyers making decisions without a framework. That was the moment I understood the market needed better structure, not another agent.
I recognized that pattern immediately. I had seen it in enterprise software and in luxury distribution. The market was saturated with noise and short on logic. That's not a problem. That's an opening.

It began as buyer-side advisory, not listings. No ads. No backdoor favors. Just logic, evidence, and proof of concept. Buyers who arrived with criteria, not emotions, and left with decisions they could defend on paper.
I've led 83 operations since 2021; FEUDO was incorporated in 2022. Today I lead it not as another CEO running a brokerage, but as the founder of a firm that filters deals before buyers ever see them, in one of the least transparent markets in Latin America.
