Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder y usar el sitio feudo.com.mx, sus subdominios y sus páginas (el "Sitio"), usted acepta quedar obligado por estos Términos y Condiciones de uso. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, le pedimos no usar el Sitio.

Naturaleza del servicio
FEUDO® Group ofrece servicios de mercadotecnia y de asesoría para compradores de bienes inmuebles en México. Esto comprende análisis de criterios, revisión de opciones, acompañamiento durante el proceso de compra y representación del comprador en la negociación.
A través del Sitio, FEUDO® Group no presta los siguientes servicios:
Correduría pública ni función de fedatario. No otorga fe pública, no protocoliza actos y no realiza inscripciones ante el Registro Público de la Propiedad ni ante ningún otro registro.
Asesoría legal. Nada en el Sitio constituye una opinión jurídica. La revisión legal de una operación corresponde al abogado o al notario que usted contrate para ese fin.
Asesoría financiera o fiscal. La información sobre precios, financiamiento, rendimientos o impuestos es de carácter general y no sustituye la opinión de un profesional autorizado.
El contenido del Sitio tiene fines informativos. No constituye una oferta vinculante ni una recomendación de inversión, y no garantiza disponibilidad, precio ni condiciones de ninguna propiedad.

Propiedad intelectual
Los textos, la marca FEUDO®, los logotipos, el diseño, la metodología descrita, los análisis y las guías del Sitio son propiedad de INVERSTARTER S.A.P.I. DE C.V. o se usan con autorización de su titular, y están protegidos por la legislación mexicana e internacional en materia de propiedad intelectual.
Usted puede consultar el contenido y compartir enlaces a él para uso personal y sin fin comercial. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución, modificación o explotación comercial sin autorización previa y por escrito de FEUDO® Group.

Contenido de terceros
El Sitio integra contenido servido por terceros: mapas (Google Maps), cámaras de playa operadas por hoteles y proveedores externos, video (YouTube), mapas meteorológicos (Windy) y verificación anti robots (Cloudflare Turnstile).
Ese contenido se muestra tal como lo entrega cada proveedor. FEUDO® Group no controla su disponibilidad, su exactitud ni su continuidad, y no responde por él. El uso de esos servicios embebidos también se rige por los términos y las políticas de privacidad de cada proveedor.

Enlaces externos
El Sitio puede contener enlaces a sitios de terceros, incluidos para su comodidad. FEUDO® Group no administra esos sitios y no responde por su contenido, por sus prácticas de privacidad ni por los daños que pudieran derivarse de su uso.

Formularios y comunicaciones
Cuando usted envía un formulario de contacto o de registro, o agenda una llamada, los datos que proporciona se tratan para atender su solicitud, en los términos del Aviso de Privacidad. La entrega de formularios, el agendamiento de citas y el cobro de servicios se apoyan en proveedores externos que actúan por cuenta de FEUDO® Group.
Usted se obliga a proporcionar información veraz y a no usar los formularios para enviar contenido ilícito, ofensivo o que vulnere derechos de terceros.

Limitación de responsabilidad
El Sitio se pone a disposición "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida en que lo permita la ley aplicable, FEUDO® Group no garantiza que el Sitio esté libre de errores o de interrupciones.
FEUDO® Group no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales derivados del uso del Sitio o de la imposibilidad de usarlo, de decisiones tomadas con base en su contenido, o de la falla de los servicios de terceros integrados en él. Ninguna disposición de estos Términos limita responsabilidades que no puedan excluirse conforme a la ley.

Modificaciones
FEUDO® Group puede actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente es la publicada en esta página, y los cambios surten efecto desde su publicación. El uso del Sitio después de una actualización implica la aceptación de los Términos modificados.

Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier controversia relacionada con el Sitio o con estos Términos, las partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes de Zapopan, Jalisco, y renuncian a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles por domicilio presente o futuro.

Nature of the service
FEUDO® Group provides marketing and advisory services for buyers of real estate in Mexico. This covers criteria analysis, review of options, support during the purchase process, and representation of the buyer in negotiation.
Through the Site, FEUDO® Group does not provide the following services:
Public brokerage or notarial function. It does not grant public faith, does not formalize legal acts, and does not file entries with the Public Registry of Property or any other registry.
Legal advice. Nothing on the Site is a legal opinion. Legal review of a transaction is the responsibility of the attorney or notary you engage for that purpose.
Financial or tax advice. Information about prices, financing, returns, or taxes is general in nature and does not replace the opinion of a licensed professional.
Content on the Site is for information only. It is not a binding offer or an investment recommendation, and it does not guarantee the availability, price, or conditions of any property.

Intellectual property
The text, the FEUDO® trademark, the logos, the design, the described methodology, the analyses, and the guides on the Site are owned by INVERSTARTER S.A.P.I. DE C.V. or used with the owner’s permission, and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law.
You may read the content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission from FEUDO® Group is prohibited.

Third-party content
The Site embeds content served by third parties: maps (Google Maps), beach cameras operated by hotels and external providers, video (YouTube), weather maps (Windy), and anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile).
That content is shown as each provider delivers it. FEUDO® Group does not control its availability, accuracy, or continuity, and is not responsible for it. Use of those embedded services is also governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, included for your convenience. FEUDO® Group does not run those sites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, or any damage that may result from their use.

Forms and communications
When you submit a contact or registration form, or book a call, the data you provide is processed to handle your request, on the terms of the Privacy Policy. Form delivery, appointment scheduling, and payment for services rely on external providers acting on behalf of FEUDO® Group.
You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the forms to send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Limitation of liability
The Site is made available "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, FEUDO® Group does not warrant that the Site will be free of errors or interruptions.
FEUDO® Group will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to use it, from decisions made based on its content, or from the failure of third-party services embedded in it. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under the law.

Changes to these terms
FEUDO® Group may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and changes take effect on publication. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the modified Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the Site or to these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, and waive any other venue that may correspond to them by present or future domicile.
